Wardrobe Pet privacy
Prompt Solutions Pty Ltd provides Wardrobe Pet. This page explains how we use your data. Updated 21 October 2026.
Google sends your account ID, name, and verified email address when you sign in. We save them to identify your wardrobe. We do not use your Google password or read your Gmail or Drive files.
We store the clothing names, categories, colors, label sizes, product research, source links, notes, images, and measurements that you provide or approve. We use them to keep your collection, show saved clothing details, and prepare outfit references. Unknown details stay unknown.
The plugin can read your saved records after you approve access. Separate permissions allow it to save new clothing records and measurements. ChatGPT receives the requested tool results and images through OpenAI. OpenAI's privacy policy applies to your use of ChatGPT. A photo attached to a chat is not uploaded to Wardrobe Pet by this release.
Cloudflare hosts Wardrobe Pet and stores its records, images, and connection permissions. Google provides sign-in. Prompt Solutions can access stored data to run the service and answer support or removal requests. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
If you use website billing, Stripe receives your account name, email address, and payment details to process subscriptions. Wardrobe Pet stores Stripe account references, subscription status, and paid access dates. Wardrobe Pet does not store card numbers. Billing records remain subject to required accounting retention.
When you submit feedback, we store your message, feedback category, account ID, app version, and the submission date so Prompt Solutions can review bugs and suggestions. Feedback is private to the service team and is not automatically published or used to change the app.
We keep account details, clothing records, images, and measurements while your account exists. Contact us from the account email address to request account or data removal. We check that the request belongs to you before removing data. Service backups can retain copies for their backup retention period.
Browser sessions last seven days. Sign-in cookies also protect forms and login attempts. Signing out ends this browser session. Google login transactions expire after ten minutes. Expired session and login rows are removed when a new Google sign-in starts.
Cloudflare receives network information, including your IP address, to deliver and protect the service. Wardrobe Pet stores a hashed value for sign-in attempt limits within a fifteen-minute window. Expired limit rows are removed when a new Google sign-in starts. We do not use these values to build advertising profiles.
Your account stays separate from other users' wardrobes. You can ask the plugin to correct or clear saved measurements. Each ChatGPT connection has its own access permission. Uninstall Wardrobe Pet in ChatGPT to end that connection. Uninstalling does not remove your stored account.
